Then, Today I loaded up to head to the rice run and after I got to jasper, i got the call that it was canceled. What to do now, Fill up and go home and sit on my butt all day? Nope, gotta find a race. So, we head to New Caney. Fun times, Gabe was smooth on poles, but hit one...NT. Had a great Novice run....2 outta the money in the 2D. We placed 5th. Lost my MIND on the open run.....Not really sure, but, i was just off and snatched up on him coming off the first....all over but the crying after that. We hit the second and I lost my stirrup going to the third....No idea why yet. Gotta watch the video. Get home and remember that the lights dont work in the barn and there is no way that I was gonna lead my yearling and my 3yo through it in the dark....So, they are all in the front paddock with Gabe.....Did not get to feed. No light
Cause Hubby decided to head out Friday Morning. Oh, forgot that he headed out leaving me with NO money. My checking was empty and my card was maxed. I had enough to run, but not enough to get there. Had to beg to get my pay check early so JUST IN CASE something happened that I would have $. Back to getting home. The dogs are barking. Did not notice that my new cat Toby was in the yard. I came inside to listen to Jeff tell me that he was not coming home till late Monday night leaving me to clean the entire house and move his heavy boxes, laundry and furniture around to get ready for my Mom's visit. Yeah, NOT HAPPY about that cause I know he will come in late, work all day and night Tuesday and I will get stuck doing it all anyhow. Cause Mom is coming in Wed afternoon. Oh, and i have to go shoping too along with working on Gabe's issues.My eye infection is getting worse and I have to get to an eye doc fast, but I dont have the money to go. Finally got off the phone with the Hubby cause he was trying to convince me that he would help me get the house ready....yeah right.
Them i hear the dogs going crazy so I went to go let them in and my lab brings me my new cat Toby....Dead. So, I now get to dig a grave in the morning. For now, I put him in 2 zipblocks (double bagged) in the freezer so he wont stink when i go to bury him. Yup, thats 2 cats down in 48 hours.Needless to say, the lab is outside in his kennel and in major trouble.
On top of that, my hot tub needs to be drained all the way. i drained it half way yesterday to see if it would keep it from foaming up but, NOT. So, now, I have to drain it all the way, clean it out and re fill it with well water which takes days to filter out the "brown stuff" and get the chemicals right.
All I want to do right now is get in it to sooth my aching back. I am so tight in my shoulders that I feel like i am gonna rip my muscles if I move.Right now, I am mentally drained, emotionally drained and need major rest...not gonna happen.
On top of everything, My ear infection is still hanging in and my head is swimming again. 
Oh, and Gabe and I have some issues we need to fix. There is a BR in DeRidder Sunday and i am seriously thinking about hauling down there to fix those issues. I need to get info on it first and make sure I have enough cash to get me there and pay my entry......
